Foster mom saved a spare one from Billy's sister (Zoe) and it is instantly Billy's favourite thing.<br/><br/>He will be happiest with a canine mentor in the home to show him the ropes and continue to build confidence. And, that pup should be keen on play, and Billy is the best at getting his canine foster siblings to play.
