Meet Billy! Billy came to CCHS with his 7 siblings towards the very end of December from a local farm. This high-spirited Heeler mix is about 9 weeks old and weighs roughly 7.7lbs currently. Billy is an affectionate guy! He loves to snuggle the day away but when it comes to zoomie time, he'll use that Heeler intellect at the speed of light! We can't say we know for certain what his exact breed makeup is, but what we can tell you is he is 100% The Kid! With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the pup. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. <br/><br/>CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP.
