Billie's Story

Meet Billie! ❤️ At just 7 months old and 30 lbs, this sweet girl has already been through so much, but she’s finally safe and learning what it means to be loved.

Billie was found as a stray alongside Hendrix, and both arrived at a California shelter with upper respiratory infections that put them at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, Arctic Rescue was able to save them both and give them a second chance!

Billie is such a good girl! She loves playing with other dogs, getting the zoomies, and exploring the yard. She's dog-friendly, may do well with cats, and could be a good fit for children with slow, thoughtful introductions.

Billie is still young and learning to navigate the world. She'll need a patient, loving family who can help her build confidence and independence as she continues to blossom. This sweet girl has so much love and potential, and we can't wait to see her thrive in a home of her own!

Billie's adoption donation is $400, plus a $100 refundable spay deposit, which will be returned once proof of her spay is provided.

Interested in adopting Billie? Apply through Arctic Rescue at https://arcticrescue.org/adopt.

Please note: All Arctic Rescue dogs are marked “Needs Experienced Adopter.” Northern breeds often have higher exercise, training, and care needs. If you’re new to northern breeds, please research those needs before applying to make sure they’re a good fit for your home and lifestyle.

Arctic Rescue's Adoption Policy
HOW OUR ADOPTIONS WORK: 1) We require all adopters to fill out an online application at: https://www.arcticrescue.com/adopt 2) We are a Utah-based rescue. All potential adopters must come to Utah and meet the dogs. We do not transport dogs. 3) We want to make sure that your home is the perfect fit for one of our dogs and vice versa. We want all members of the family to be happy and well matched with each-other, so require families to do a phone interview, reference checks, meet dogs and pass a home-inspection before adoption.
