Bill was rescued from the city pound. He was a dirty mess but very friendly! Once he was cleaned up and groomed his personality really blossomed. He loves people and attention. Bill is learning to walk on a leash and he loves the companionship that comes with it! This sweet guy was neglected and abandoned, now he is looking for a home where he will be loved and cared for because he has lot of love to give back!
