Meet Big Red! <br/><br/>Big Red has really started to settle in and show us who he really is! He's a big, strong willed boy with a soft side, a serious love for snacks, and a passion for being outdoors. Whether it's stretching his legs in the yard or chewing on a peanut butter Kong, Red is happiest when he's moving. An active home that can keep up with him would be a great fit.<br/><br/>He's shown interest in other shelter dogs and seems open to making friends with proper introductions. Big Red has also met kids and has been friendly with them.<br/><br/>His leash manners still need some work. He's strong and can be "enthusiastic" on walks, but he's very treat motivated and eager to learn...so with consistency he has a lot of potential. He keeps his kennel fairly clean, which makes us think he likely has a good foundation with house manners.<br/><br/>Big Red is a sweet guy looking for someone who can give him guidance, structure, and plenty of chances to burn off energy.<br/><br/>**Neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention.
