Big Mikey's Story

This is BIG Mikey.

Mikey is from an Oops litter. His mom is a Labrador Retriever /Collie mix and dad is a sweet, lovable bully.

"Mikey is a great boy! He loves attention and has a gentle nature to him. He is getting to be a big boy now that he is 6 months old. He has the cutest spotted feet for being a black dog. I had Mikey on walk recently for the very first time. He was nervous but quickly learned the leash isnt his enemy. Its hard to really showcase what an amazing boy he is without meeting him. People for some reason do not like to adopt black dogs. It so weird to me. He has a soft coat and gentle wet kisses. Perfect for any family! I just hope someone comes to meet him to understand everything I have said." - BARC volunteer

Pictures are current as of 9/1/26. His baby pictures are still attached.

You can apply for Big Mikey online at brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.com
