The sutures were removed however he still needs to wear the donut for an additional week. Clyde is doing very well and is extremely loving and playful. He is good with both my dogs but because of his large wound and the fact he has to wear the donut for another week, his play with them must be monitored so nothing gets too rambunctious and rips it open. He loved riding in the car and watching out the window. He loves watching out the living room window at home too. Anyone who adopts Clyde will be very lucky to get the precious boy! He will be ready to go home in a week.

1/26/26-Update on Big Clyde he’s doing really well. Has a lot of energy lol he’s been really good with our female dogs, a pug and bulldog. He still can’t play because of his leg surgery and also his neutering. His potty training is still underway. he’s doing good as of right now he picked up a toy tonight and was carrying it around. Looking for his forever home soon!

1/25/26-Clyde is doing well. He seems to be healing nicely and my 2 doggie girls are helping him adjust. He still has to wear a male doggie diaper in the house but we are working on house breaking. He is extremely sweet and loving.

1/23/26-Hello All we are fostering again this is Big Clyde he’s 7 years old he was fixed and had a surgery on Wednesday he is recovering very well at our house he has a lot of energy and wants to play with our dogs so bad but we are keeping him calm he goes back for a follow up appointment on February 3rd. We will be working with him to potty train him so far he’s doing really well going outside we’ll keep you updated on this beautiful boy right here 💙🐾 Charlotte really wants to play with Clyde and he with her but the vet said he can't because of the sutures on his leg. I know he wants to play he is so friendly and loving.

1/22/26-A quick update on Clyde. He came through his surgeries very well & they got all of the fatty lump. His leg where the tumor was has a large incision with significant closure with many stitches. We'll be very careful and loving to be sure he heals well. He wants very much to play with my dogs and they want to play with him too. Vet said no rambunctious playing because of the stitches. Clyde is so friendly and lovable. I have to take him back to the vet in 2 weeks on Tuesday 2/3 for a recheck and hopefully to have the stitches removed. Clyde is not house broken at all and I am working on that, a little tricky because his leg cannot get wet and we do have some snow. He was hanging in his crate this morning in the home office with us.

1/20/26-Big Clyde had his pre-neuter appointment today. Everything went well. He has a big fatty cyst on this left hind leg that they will remove during his neuter tomorrow. Clyde is very friendly and high energy so he would benefit from obedience training so he isn't such a bull in the china shop. Clyde would do well with an active family. He loves everyone people wise and they receive kisses whether they want them or not. Lol

1/17/26-This beautiful Boston terrier boy came in last night and let me tell you he is fabulous. This friendly guy gave his transport person kisses all the way to his foster home! He rode great in the car & was looking all around like he was the co-pilot! Lol We have a belly band on him as being an unneutered male he is marking right now. Once he is neutered & learns how to live in a house that will all subside.

1/16/26-Big Clyde is a very handsome & playful male Boston terrier. He came in from a commercial breeder as they just didn’t need him anymore. He arrived safely into rescue today thanks to his transport volunteers. We were told he could be 7 years old but the way he acts & looks we think he is closer to 5 years old. He has a 4 inch mass on his left hind leg (possible cyst or fatty tumor) that will be removed during his neuter. His pre-neuter appointment is Tuesday 1/20 & neuter on Wednesday 1/21. Once he is neutered & we get to know him a little better he will be ready to go to his new home.
