This lively young dog was abandoned and tied to a fence in a local neighborhood. We were able to track down the owners and contact them, but of course they had no interest in reclaiming him. So here he sits no fault of his own looking for a new home. He’s friendly and happy despite what he’s been through. He’s just looking forward to a new life.
