Beverly (JN25-268)'s Story

HIGHLIGHTS
-Beverly is hospice and will do best with a local, experienced adopter who is willing to tend for her ongoing physical care-

Meet Beverly - The Gentle Giant with a Puppy Heart!

Introducing Beverly, a stunning 1-year-old Great Dane/Neapolitan Mastiff mix weighing 91.4 pounds of pure potential and love! She's a beautiful blend of goofy puppy energy and gentle sweetness, ready to find a home where she can continue to blossom.

Beverly walks wonderfully on leash and loves her outdoor adventures, though she's still building confidence with walking through thresholds - she just needs a little patience and encouragement. Like any young pup, she's curious, playful, and adores her toys.

This big-hearted girl thrives around people she knows, showing off her affectionate, goofy side once she feels comfortable. She can be a bit hesitant with new people, especially men, but with time and consistency, she warms up beautifully and shows how loving she truly is. Her food motivation helps her build trust quickly and makes training easy and fun.

Beverly has been receiving physical therapy at the rescue and will need continued treatment and support at home. She requires an experienced adopter who can work with her and her behavior, providing patience, guidance, and understanding as she learns confidence.

Beverly is looking for a calm, patient home that understands she's still learning the ropes of the big, exciting world around her. In return, she'll reward you with loyalty, laughter, and the sweetest snuggles from your gentle giant.

If you're ready to help Beverly grow into the confident, loving dog she's meant to be, she's waiting to meet you!

----------
Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
