Betty's Story

Betty was such a good girl for her photo shoot, we don't think she can take a bad picture, and those brown eyes... She is estimated to be about a year old and weighs 39 pounds.

Meet Betty, a stunning young brindle-coated lady with the sweetest, most gentle demeanor. She's a bit of a shy girl, but under that timid exterior lies a heart yearning for connection and a playful spirit just waiting to come out. Betty just needs that special someone to show her the way. She is slowly starting to show her true playful side and curiosity, especially when toys are involved! Maybe her new home will have a basket of toys for her, we think Betty would love that! With her good manners and well-behaved nature, she is going to make some family a wonderful best friend. What Betty truly desires is a patient, understanding leader who can offer her the time and guidance she needs to build her confidence and help her feel safe. She will need a home where any children are at least 8 years old with her shy nature. Betty would love it if you came to meet her, she is dreaming of a family who will love her forever.

If you are interested in Betty and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!

*Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
