Her foster must be comfortable administering medication and maintaining her ears and staying consistent with veterinary care. She is filled with joy, loves everyone she meets, and has a charisma that instantly draws people in. She is extremely potty trained, social, and gets along well with other dogs. She’s the perfect compact package and otherwise relatively healthy—aside from her ruffled ridge potato chip ears. <br/><br/>When you meet Bette, she captures your heart immediately. She has an irresistible vibe and a huge personality packed into a little body.
