Beto's Story

Meet Beto! This sweet pup was born in March 2025 we estimate in Todos Santos, Mexico and was rescued at 4 months old. He lived at our shelter until December 2025 when he arrived to the PNW. He currently weighs around 35lbs and we do not expect him to get any bigger than he currently is. Beto is being fostered in Portland, Oregon and cannot wait to find his new furever family.

Beto is a sweet boy who is very loyal to his family and pack. He loves to play with other dogs and we think he would really thrive best in a home with other pups. He can be a little shy and hide in his kennel when going into a new home, but warms up quickly after a few nights and some tasty treats. Beto loves to cuddle with is people and is very silly when he becomes comfortable. He loves to explore and is the perfect walking companion. Beto is house and kennel trained, and finds his kennel to be a safe space. This adorable boy is searching for his perfect family and is avaible for meet and greets anywhere in the PNW.

All of Saving Baja Paws dogs come with a fantastic flexible foster-to-adopt option. This is a unique opportunity that allows your family to make sure it a perfect match with your new pup.

Beto's adoption fee for Oregon, Washington, or California is $350USD. This helps us cover most of his vet and care costs incurred in Mexico, and the transport fee to bring our pups over 1,500 miles to the PNW. All our dogs come spay or neutered, with all theirs shots for the year, and have had multiple blood tests done prior to entering the USA from Mexico.

All our pups come fully up to date on shots, are tested for heartworm and other diseases, microchipped, fecal tested, current on flea medications, and also come spayed / neutered.
Please Apply >> savingbajapaws.org/application
