Bert is a handsome blue merle Catahoula Leopard Dog. He is neutered <br/>and up to date on all his shots. He is an entertaining clown and loves to chase and catch bugs. He is an affectionate cuddle bug who gives big slurpy kisses to those he loves. He enjoys playing with his doggie pals in foster care in true Catahoula style! This big ball of love gets along very well with other dogs and loves to cuddle with his humans and truly thinks he’s a lap dog. <br/>Bert is not good with cats and will chase things that run from him. As a result a tight hold on the leash is required at times. He has come <br/>a long way with training and knows many of his basic commands and does very well with reward based training, with his favorite being liver treats. He is totally housebroken and is left alone with other dogs during the day in his foster home with no problems. <br/>Bert is best in a home with owners who have Catahoula experience or are willing to learn about the breed.
