He is neutered, up to date on all his vaccines and a healthy dog. He weighs 85 pounds and requires regular grooming every 8 weeks. He does not shed at all and is hypoallergenic!<br/><br/>He is currently being fostered after his family could no longer care for him due to an unexpected health problem that arose this past summer. Unfortunately they could no longer care for him and needed to focus on their recovery as it took a mental and financial toll on the family. <br/><br/>Bernie is a very active boy and he loves to run around a fenced in yard, go for long walks and also enjoys hiking! He loves to play with other dogs and would do best with young dogs around his size as he tends to rough house and play chase. He would do well with an active family or a family with active dogs that like to play to let his energy out. <br/><br/>He is very affectionate and sweet and loves to be with people. He loves to be pet, have his ears scratched and his belly rubbed! He does like to snuggle and he also like to take his space and curl up on his bed. <br/><br/>Bernie also loves kids but would do best with kids old enough to know to respect his space and his belongings.<br/><br/>Bernie has not been around cats so we are not sure how he would do in a home with cats. <br/><br/>If interested in Bernie, please contact: pbokane89@gmail.com
