Bernie Labrador Retriever Jackson, MS

Bernie & his sister Willow came into our rescue in November. These two babies came from a hoarding situation in Scott county, MS. A lady was living in squalor & had Bernie & Willow's parents chained up, along with some other dogs on the property. The rest of the puppies were hit by cars before we could rescue them.

Bernie is a sweet, gentle & pretty laid back puppy. He loves to follow his foster mom around everywhere she goes. Squeaky toys & balls are his favorite. He's doing great with potty training. He is very curious about cats, but just wants to sniff & play with them. If they run, he will chase them. He loves the adult dog in the foster home too & follows him around as well. He is also great with children of all ages.

Once we receive your application & review it, we will contact you to arrange a meet & greet with Bernie to make sure he's a great fit for your family. Fenced yard & vet reference are required to adopt. The adoption fee is $150 & Bernie is up to date with all vet care & neutered.
