Meet Bernard, our beloved senior resident who has somehow mastered the art of looking exactly like a cozy carpet at all times. With his wonderfully shaggy fur and relaxed personality, he blends into blankets, dog beds, and living room floors like it's a full-time job.<br/><br/>At 8 years young, Bernard has life pretty well figured out. He's guided almost entirely by two things: his nose and the possibility of snacks. If there's a treat nearby, Bernard will find it. Slowly? Yes. Determinedly? Also yes.<br/><br/>This sweet old guy is very low energy and prefers the simpler things in life -- wandering around at his own pace, sniffing the world, and enjoying affection from staff.
