Bento

Bento was found with his mother and siblings when he was a newborn. They were in a rural area near an abandoned home. We were able to save him and his siblings, because one of our wonderful fosters brought them into her home. Bento was raised by his mother, and she has been adopted. He is now old enough to find a home too. He has now completed his veterinary care, and will be a great pup to raise. <br/><br/>Bento does great with other dogs of any age and size, and he does well with cats too. He is wonderful with children and loves to be held. He is in a foster home with children as young as 6. He is almost house trained and is learning how to walk on a leash. <br/><br/>Bento weighs 12 pounds, and he is 3 months old. He is likely a Terrier mix. His mama weighs 28 pounds, so he will likely be a small to medium sized adult.<br/><br/>Bento is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>Bento can arrive in Chester, Virginia on 8/15.
