VIP: Bentley is a smart Pit bull mix who is about 2 years of age. Bentley is housetrained and such a sweet boy! He went on a group dog walk to a local park along with other dogs at the shelter and did very well on the walk. Bentley was very calm and had a relaxing ride in the truck. He walked well on leash and got along well with all dogs in group. He did well meeting a member of the public and was very friendly during his visit. Bentley can be a cuddle bug! <br/>He went on another group dog walk and was a great park buddy. He was patient getting ready despite being excited to go out. Bentley got in and out of the car seamlessly and liked sticking his nose out the window. At the park, he walked well with his walker and was manageable and did not really pull on the leash at all. He was excited along with another dog who saw a squirrel, but redirected very well. On the way back to the parking lot, he was politely observant of a group of ladies doing group exercises but nicely stayed out of their way. He is a great bubs! <br/><br/><br/>Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done. <br/>Adoptions are first come first serve, and no appointment or application is needed.
