Apply to Adopt Me!<br/><br/>We need a special person to open their home and heart up to Bentley.<br/><br/>Bentley suffered a spinal injury at his home. One minute, this 3-year-old, 10lb. chihuahua mix was running and playing, and the next minute he couldn’t move his back legs. Due to his owner's own serious health issues, he was surrendered to our rescue. He has undergone months of rehabilitation to help with his strength and balance, but he will never regain normal use of his back legs.<br/><br/>Florida Veterinary Rehab has fitted Bentley with his own customized “go” cart. He is still getting accustomed to it, but will now be able to use just his front legs to get around on his own. He wears a belly band, and can pee and poop on his own, he just needs occasional bladder expression.<br/><br/>Bentley is very sweet, loves all people and other dogs. He is the perfect snuggle buddy and shadow, and doesn’t want to leave your side. He loves going on car rides.<br/><br/>We are looking for a foster, foster-to-adopt, or an adopter for Bentley.
