Benny

Benny is a sweet seven-year-old Pomeranian who is looking for his forever home. Initially brought into a local shelter with other dogs from an over-crowded home, he was lucky to land in one of our awesome foster homes so we can get to know who Benny is.<br/><br/>Benny is gorgeous with his jaw-dropping black-and-silver coat and a classic, sharp foxlike nose. He must know how beautiful he is because he sometimes walks like a show dog, kicking up his front paws and prancing. He is a very good traveler in the car. He doesn't join in the barking with the other dogs when they bark at neighborhood dogs walking by the gate. He is doing very well on the leash. <br/><br/>Benny is a joyful foster pup who brings a smile to everyone's face. He takes a little time to warm up to new faces, but his affectionate side is well worth the wait. Once he knows you, his favorite place in the entire world is snuggling right next to his person for premium cuddle sessions. Benny is a certified foodie who never misses a meal and loves to show off his playful, goofy personality. He will sit up on his hind legs to ask for a treat. <br/><br/>Benny is an absolute gentleman when it comes to potty time - he goes outside quickly on cue. Benny was neutered shortly before arriving at our foster home and had some instances where he would want to mark inside the house. Consistency and the use of male wraps during transition will help tremendously. He has done well with the other dogs in his foster home, but he also wouldn't mind being your one and only, center of your world.<br/><br/>Benny will be a sweet companion for someone! We do not know how Benny feels about cats, or kids. <br/><br/>Benny weighs ten pounds, is healthy, neutered, and vaccinated.
