Benny's Story

Benny is an absolutely adorable 12-year-old Dachshund who was surrendered to the shelter after his owner passed away. Benny is a mellow guy who likes to sleep most of the day and he just started playing with toys. He’s a slow eater and has been known to guard his food. Benny is great with other dogs as long as there’s no food to guard.<br/><br/>Benny’s bloodwork came back normal and he has been approved for dental surgery. This will be covered by VPR at the adopter’s vet. Benny is neutered and up to date on vetting.
