Benny's Story
Meet Benny! He is a wonderful 3yo male MINI AUSSIE, he's only about 25lbs and is considered a little pudgy and would benefit from more exercise. He is very loyal and wants to be close to his human. He has a little separation anxiety but it is very mild and he is crate trained.

Benny was surrendered to the south LA animal shelter and the owners didn't give a reason for it. Perhaps they lost their housing? Or couldn't find dog friendly housing? or a breakup? who knows, what we DO know is Benny is a mini-aussie and he's quite perfect and gentle. He is a little more shy around men but very warm towards women. I've not heard him bark in foster but I'm sure he can.

He came out of the shelter with a little sniffle (kennel cough) that is common in shelters, but he is healthy now, he was neutered and is vaccinated and microchipped and ready to meet his forever home.

Mini-Aussies are in need of ACTIVE homes, so regular walks, hikes and mental stimulation is a must to keep them obedient and healthy. Benny loves a game of fetch too!

Interested in meeting Benny? Complete our adoption inquiry form here (this comes right to our email)

www.gonetothedogsrescue.org/adopt
