Hi! My name is Benny & I'm a super sweet male tricolor beagle! I'm quite the character! I'm outgoing & friendly! I also love to cuddle! I love to play with toys - especially squeaky toys! I'll play fetch with them! Boy, do I love toys! I'm middle-aged, which is a great age for a beagle! I came to Nittany Beagle Rescue from a shelter. I was in pretty bad shape when I went into the shelter - my snout was full of porcupine quills. But I'm doing better now. It's possible I've always lived outdoors & so my new family will probably need to work on housetraining & house manners with me. Nittany Beagle Rescue can give you lots of suggestions & advice for that. I'm up-to-date on vaccines & I'll be neutered before I'm adopted. Please think about making me part of your family! I'm so ready to be loved & have a home of my own! I weigh about 27 lbs. My photo is coming soon! Kennel License #4068

Nittany Beagle Rescue's Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescue dog & Nittany Beagle Rescue! We are a foster-home based rescue. We hold showings on the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month at Lyons Kennels in Bellefonte, PA from 11am - 1pm. You can meet some of our dogs then! Please email or send a PM on our FB page if you want to know if a particular dog will be at the showing. If you are interested in a particular dog, or a type of dog, please submit an application to foster or adopt (it's the same application form). Once you have an approved application for a dog, we will connect you with the dog's foster parent. Typically the potential adopter & foster talk on the telephone first. Then if the dog seems like a good fit, we arrange a personal meet & greet.
