YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION IN ORDER TO MEET OUR PETS.<br/><br/>Meet Benny! <br/><br/>Benny is an adorable, happy-go-lucky 6-month-old Maltese mix who currently weighs about 6.5 pounds and could use a little extra weight. He was surrendered with his mother due to a family move and is now ready to find a loving home of his own.<br/><br/>Benny’s dad appears to be a Yorkie mix, and we were told his mom is a Maltese, possibly mixed with Chihuahua—giving him that cute, scruffy look and sweet personality.<br/><br/>He is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves attention. Benny can be a little shy at first and may bark at strangers, but once he knows he’s safe, he opens up quickly and becomes a playful, loving companion. He would do especially well in a home with another small dog to help guide him and give him confidence.<br/><br/>Benny is food motivated and doing well with potty training on a regular schedule. While he may not be the sharpest tack in the bunch, his charm, sweetness, and happy attitude more than make up for it.<br/><br/>Benny currently has some extensive matting and will be professionally groomed soon. Due to his coat type, his future family should be prepared for regular grooming and coat maintenance to keep him comfortable and looking his best.<br/><br/>He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped, and ready to start his next chapter in a loving home.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a small, affectionate companion with a heart of gold, Benny might be your perfect match.<br/><br/>Adoption donation $400.<br/><br/>
Please note that we do not ship animals. We also require a home visit before finalizing any adoptions so preference is given to applicants within a 90 mile range. You will be required to come to High Point, NC to meet/pick up your new pet.<br/><br/>
