Benji's Story

Benji is a super sweet almost 12 year old Yorkie / Maltese mix that is looking for a new home. His elderly owner contacted us and asked for assistance in taking benji because he was too old to care for a pet any longer. He is great with other dogs and cats. Benji is a very easy going boy that loves to snuggle on the couch! He is a non shedding dog and will require regular trips to the groomer. Despite his age he is spry and as you can tell by the video, he can still run around with the best of them. Benji is very laid-back but also does enjoy the occasional walk. Benji has been neutered, he will go to his new home, fully vaccinated, having had a dental and an exam!

Search our adoptable dogs. Each posting will list the location of the dog. When you find a dog that you are interested in, contact the person listed in the posting. The contact person will ask you about your particular situation and pet ownership in general. This screening process will take time. You will be asked to complete, send in your Adoption Application, and have a continuing interview with the foster parent.
