Dan, often following his brothers lead as they explore the yard or curl up for a nap. Benny is a chill, easygoing little guy who brings a peaceful, loving presence to any home.<br/><br/><strong>Personality & Home Life</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Shy at first but warms quickly: Benny may take a moment to assess new people, but once he feels safe, he becomes a total snuggle bug who loves being close.</li><li>Playful but balanced: He enjoys chasing his brother around the yard, but hes also a big fan of naps and quiet time. His energy level is moderate.</li><li>Dogfriendly: Benny respects the resident dogs space and follows their lead beautifully.</li><li>Catcurious: Hes just starting to notice the resident cat curious but not pushy or aggressive.</li><li>Follower by nature: He looks to Lt. Dan and the resident dog for cues, making him an easy companion in a multidog home.</li></ul><strong>Training & Skills</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Crate trained: Benny goes straight into his crate after coming inside and settles instantly. At night, a light sheet over the crate helps him sleep soundly until morning.</li><li>House training: A work in progress but improving every day with consistency.</li><li>Commands: He knows sit, stay, and shake a paw.</li><li>Leash training: Not started yet, but hes foodmotivated and eager to please.</li><li>Motivated by: Food treats make training fun and effective.</li></ul><strong>Ideal Home</strong><br/><br/>Benny would thrive in a loving, patient home that appreciates a sweet, gentle pup who blossoms with reassurance. He would do well with another friendly dog, and hes adaptable to many home environments. His affectionate, friendly nature makes him a wonderful companion for families, couples, or individuals looking for a cuddly, easygoing friend. He would benefit from an obedience class to help him continue building confidence and good manners.<br/><br/>Benjamins adoption fee is $850 which includes neuter, microchip, vaccines, heartworm test, heartworm and flea tick prevention and complete vet check.
