Ben's Story

Ben - The Expressive Gentleman
Meet Ben, a charming little chihuahua with a face you won't soon forget. His dark brown and tan markings give him the appearance of permanently raised, slightly worried eyebrows (like he's politely asking if everything is going according to plan). It's equal parts adorable and endearing.
Ben is part of a bonded pair with his buddy Jerry, and the two are looking for a home together. Like many small dogs adjusting to new environments, Ben will need some time, patience, and positive reinforcement as he gets comfortable with walking equipment and leash skills. With a gentle approach, he's sure to gain confidence at his own pace.
Ben enjoys the simple things: cozy spots, familiar company, and, of course, keeping up with Jerry. The two have a bit of a sibling-style relationship. They may have the occasional squabble, but it never lasts long, and you'll often find them back together as if nothing ever happened. Ben seems to appreciate having Jerry around, and he may find comfort in having his buddy by his side as he settles in.
If you're someone who enjoys a dog with a little personality (and a very expressive face to match), Ben might just be your guy - especially if you're ready to welcome both halves of this delightful duo! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 10.1lbs Age: 3yrs 2mths 0wks Animal has been Neutered
