FOSTERED IN DUNEDIN, FL. Hi my name is Belle like the beauty in "Beauty & the Beast". I’m a big beautiful blond galumph. A perfect 74 lbs. I am 7 years old - going on 2! I am a fawn Bouvier girl who loves to swim (ocean, canals, and pools too), biking, running, and catch! I like dog parks, being chased, and car rides too. I don’t know I’m supposed to be getting old already! I am bouncy like Tigger and excited about life. I like to bark at the mailman and squirrels as they go by the house. (I will listen if you tell me to “sshhh” – I am a great listener - but I may keep mumbling a bit under my breath – I’m very vocal in my communication!)<br/>I am affectionate, and will come over for a pet to check in when I’m not busy in the yard or looking out the window. I do love to roll over for a belly scratch (I mooaaan for those!) but I am not needy at all. Once you have introduced me, I am fine with people, although I am stand-offish with those I haven’t bonded to. I have been known to get jealous if my hoomans give too much attention to other dogs, so I should go to a home with no other pets (I have a high prey drive so no cats either). Other than that, I am unreactive to other dogs, whether I meet them in the park or on the street while out running, biking, or walking on my leash. I can manage myself fine at home alone too (although I prefer to go with YOU). I'm a very good girl! I'm a great night time companion because I’m a great sleeper too! I won't get up in the morning until you do (sometimes later!). I might like to curl up on the foot of the bed if you invite me but I’m happy on the cool floor too. I have had obedience training but since I'm complicated, I will only go to a home that is Bouvier savvy.
