Meet Belle — a tiny, 18.5-pound bundle of sweetness with the most expressive eyes and the cutest little “Grinch feet” you’ve ever seen.<br/><br/>Belle came to us from another shelter after her devoted owner fell on hard times and became houseless. It’s clear she was deeply loved for all 13 years of her life. She arrived with her belongings neatly packed and was VERY interested in supervising while we sorted through them — curious, engaged, and ever so polite.<br/><br/>This girly-girl even showed up with a fresh pedicure. Yes… she knows she’s fabulous!<br/><br/>Belle’s temperament is described as amazing — and we agree. She handled a big vet visit (including ear cleaning and vaccines) like a champ. She is gentle, content, and incredibly sweet with people. No bite history and no aggression — just a darling senior lady ready to settle into her next chapter.<br/><br/>She is:<br/><br/>-Crate trained<br/>-Will politely stare at you when she needs to potty<br/>-Used to using a potty pad overnight if needed<br/>-Calm and cooperative at the vet<br/><br/>Belle has a heart murmur (common in seniors), and our vet noted she may need a dental in the future. She recently had treatment for an ear infection and did great. <br/><br/>At 13 years young, Belle is looking for comfort, consistency, and someone to adore her.
