Amazing Rescue Doodles Looking for Their Forever Homes! <br/>2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc <br/>Has some truly amazing rescue Doodles who are patiently waiting for the families they can finally call their own. <br/><br/>Did you know Doodle coats can come in several different varieties?<br/><br/> Straight coats — more closely resemble the Labrador Retriever<br/> Wavy coats — a beautiful combination of the Labrador Retriever and Poodle<br/> Curly coats — take after the Poodle with those adorable curls<br/><br/>The same is true for our Goldendoodles! Each coat is unique, and every Doodle has a personality all their own.<br/><br/>Some are laid-back and happy to lounge by your side, while others bounce around with enough energy to rival Tigger from Winnie the Pooh! <br/><br/>Our rescues are dog- and people-friendly. Some are not fond of cats, so we work to make sure each dog is matched with the right home and environment.<br/><br/>Then there’s Rusty. <br/>Rusty was surrendered because he killed his owners’ chickens. While that history means he will need the right environment and responsible management, farm land is not for him. <br/><br/>If we remember correctly Labrador/Golden Retrievers were bred as gundogs/retrievers, especially to retrieve shot game such as ducks and other birds for hunters. So it’s in their DNA Rusty is still a deserving dog who would love nothing more than a home and family to call his own. And yes, he may even enjoy some boiled chicken as an occasional treat! <br/><br/> A fenced-in yard is required for all of our Doodle rescues because of their previous lives as strays.
