Belladonna

Hi, I'm Belladonna! I'm just over a year old and 55lb, but I am very much still a puppy. I get excited when playing with friends and may jump on them or put my mouth on things I am not meant to. I am working with volunteers and staff to learn how to mind my manners. I’ll do best in a home that can continue training to help me get my energy out in appropriate ways. I get frustrated in my kennel and don't show my best side in the shelter, but when I get outside I'm able to show my true personality which has made me a volunteer favorite. Although I can enjoy having company from other dogs, I would like to meet any future dog siblings before I go home with them to ensure we get along.<br/><br/>Sounds like a good fit? Come visit me and any of my available friends at Metro Nashville Animal Care and Control during their open hours of 12-4pm daily, with extended hours of 12-6pm on Thursdays. Adoptions are first come first serve, in-person only with an approved application that you can fill out during your visit. During your visit, adoption counselors will go over my medical history and behavior notes, then you get to hang out with me. I hope to see you soon!
