Bella

Bella and her brother, Buddy arrived to our rescue back in mid-June from a high-kill shelter in KY. The two of them were found as tiny puppies along a busy highway and fortunately, a passerby grabbed them from a dangerous situation and they have safely made their way to us. Buddy has been adopted, however, Bella is still patiently awaiting her new home.<br/><br/>Bella is probably approximately 6 months old now and has now been spayed. She is currently around 28 pounds and I would guess her to grow to be a medium to large size dog (50 to 60 pounds). She is lean, but has long legs. My best guess on her breed would be foxhound mix based on her markings, build and ears. She has also done some "pointing" in the yard as well! Bella is an active puppy and will need to be properly exercised. She just loves to play chase and romp with my 1 year old lab mix....and then....she crashes for a nap :-) She has a wonderful temperment as she gets along with great with other dogs/puppies and loves people! Bella is a very sociable puppy and is she is very much a snuggler :-) She is spoiled here and sleeps in bed with one of the kids everynight. She has not had any accidents for a couple of weeks and consider her to be housebroken for the most part. She may have an occassional accident if not being watched, but she is doing pretty well. <br/><br/>Bella has received all 3 of her parvo/distemper vaccines, bordatella vaccine, rabies vaccine, treated monthly with Frontline, dewormed and spayed.
