When the neighbor found them and brought them back home, the owner said she didn’t want them and to leave them outside. The neighbor picked them up and kept them safe until they could be rescued.

Other important info:
Bella Bean is small, about 12 pounds, with a playful and loving personality. Her puppy has found a new family; now it’s her turn. She is good with other dogs, and she really likes children. In fact, she is very flexible in her requirements for a new human: a warm bed, a full tummy, and some snuggle time are all she needs. She is a quiet dog, but like all newcomers, she will need time to adjust, but she’s a quick learner. She has climbing skills so a chain link fence would not be a good choice if she’s alone in the yard. But she doesn’t want to be alone. She is searching for a family that will cherish and appreciate her.
