Bella, Flatt Coated Retriever/Brittany Spaniel mix, 11 yrs., 27 lbs. Bella has come to us emaciated and skittish. She is affectionate and likes attention once she gets to know you. She’s a sweet, mellow dog that would prefer a quiet home with someone home most of the time. She is still active and has a lot of life to give. Good with cats but doesn’t really care for other dogs. She likes to go on walks and rides well in a car. Bella is anxious at the vet, so she gets a calming medication before she goes. Her owners are moving and can’t take her along, so she has found herself looking for a new home as a senior dog.
