Bee is a 5-year-old blue bully with a heart full of love and a personality that will keep you smiling. This sweet girl lives for affection and will happily roll right over for any stranger, hoping they’ll stop and give her the belly rubs she believes she’s entitled to.<br/><br/>Bee is a dream on a leash and rides beautifully in the car, making her an excellent adventure buddy. She’s very well mannered and incredibly food motivated, which makes training easy and fun. She already knows sit, shake, and speak, and is eager to learn even more — especially if snacks are involved!<br/><br/>She’s dog friendly, but like many confident gals, she has opinions. If another dog is doing something she finds annoying (like excessive barking), she may let out a little growl to let them know how she feels. And if you stop petting her? We are happy to coordinate a meet & greet for pre-approved adopters. To get started, please submit an adoption application at www.jasperslegacy.org/apply-to-adopt<br/><br/>Adoption process:<br/>Potential adopters complete our online application. From there, we contact them to continue the screening process including checking references, vet checks, and a personal phone interview. Upon completion, potential adopters are pre-approved.<br/><br/>From there, potential adopters are put in touch with the foster parent(s) of the dog they are interested in adopting. If a specific dog is not in mind, admins will make suggestions based on who we feel will be good candidates for their home. We take the foster's opinions into high consideration when determining ideal fit for an adoption.<br/><br/>Once the dog is determined to be a good fit for the adoptive home, the adopter is given advisement on decompression, training, safety gear, and future preventative vetting. The adoption contract is signed and adoption fee paid to finalize the adoption.
