I am spayed, microchipped, up to date on all vaccines, and heartworm negative. <br/><br/>What is your favorite thing to do? <br/>Lounge around the house but always near my person<br/><br/>What is your favorite food or treat? <br/>I love people food because my former mom used to share her food with me. Since I've been at my foster home, I only eat dog food. I've learned to like it. My allergies have gotten better too since I'm eating a better diet. I'm a little overweight so I need help with losing some pounds.<br/><br/>Where do you like to sleep? <br/>On the bed with my person but I don't have to be touching you. I just like to be near you.<br/><br/>What is your ideal home? <br/>One filled with love and affection! I've always been with other dogs but I don't really need a dog sibling. I don't like younger dogs. My foster mom currently has a young puppy who wants to play with me all the time. I try to politely tell her no. Sometimes I have to fuss at her. I'd prefer older dogs as companions or none at all.<br/><br/>Do you have any health issues? <br/>I have allergies to food and environment. I'm doing really well on the dog food I'm eating now (Simply Nourish or Instinct). My environmental allergies are seasonal.<br/><br/>Do you have any personality quirks?<br/>This is a little embarrassing but I like to lick the air as you exhale. I love hot breath, there I admitted it. <br/><br/>I walk well on a leash but I've been labeled "leash aggressive". Whatever, I'm just trying to protect my human. I don't want another person or dog near them so I act like a big, scary dog and scare them away. I think I could learn to get over this if I have a strong, confident owner who will work with me on walks. <br/><br/>Do you get along with other dogs, cats, or kids?<br/>Yes to all of the above. I get along with others but don't really play or interact with them. <br/><br/>Do you like car rides? <br/>Love car rides!<br/><br/>How are your potty manners?<br/>I'm really good with potty manners! <br/><br/>Any additional info you’d like to share?<br/>I know that I'm older and that seniors are less likely to get adopted.
