Tender Loving Crested Rescue

TENDER LOVING CRESTED RESCUE Tender Loving Crested Rescue (TLCR) is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of abused, abandoned and neglected Chinese Cresteds. We are currently a private family rescue, operating in the Houston, Texas area. Our  501(c)(3) status is in process and should be completed by the end of the year.  Any donations made to us will be tax deductible once our application has been processed and approved. We are limited to just the Houston and surrounding areas at this time but will help with other areas any way we can!
