To learn more about or rescue or apply to adopt, please submit an application on our website finalvictoryrescue.com. We are based in South Carolina and transport cats and dogs along the East Coast to Northeastern states on a weekly basis. Virtual meet-and-greets are provided prior to transport for our out-of-town adopters and by appointment for local families. Our amazing team of application processors will be available to answer any questions throughout your application approval process!
