Bear's Story
- No doggie doors
- Needs a securely fenced yard to potty/ not leash trained

DOB: 7/7/2022
Weight: 13#

Bear is vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, neutered, microchipped with lifetime registration, heartworm negative (10/14/25), and on monthly heartworm prevention, etc.

Bear and his littermates (Avery, Cece, Darcy, and Red Rory) were owner/breeder surrendered. I paid to vaccinate and spay their mom and a sister from a previous litter that they kept. The owner/breeder docked their tails prior to coming into rescue.
Mom is a chipin and dad is a minpin. So, they're essentially 75% minpin and 25% chihuahua which is why they're smaller than the minpin standard.

If you are interested in adopting, please cut and paste the link below to fill out an adoption application. A good vet reference and heartworm prevention is required:

https://form.jotform.com/92916416469165

After the application is processed and approved, a home visit and meet and greet with the dogs will be scheduled. If there are any fencing issues, make sure that repairs are done prior to the home visit. Typically, the adoption is finalized the day after the home visit and meet and greet. Out of area adopters would need to drive/fly in to meet the dogs and adopt.
