Meet Bear, a very sweet 6 yr old poodle, weighing in at about 10 pounds. Owner surrendered due to lifestyle change-was a very loved pet. Bear is a lap dog extradinaire, is housebroken and generally very well behaved. Gets along with dogs and cats, have not seen with kids but it is hard to imagine he would be anything but a gentleman. <br/><br/>PLEASE NOTE- AN APPLICATION FROM THE WEBSITE ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG IS REQUIRED prior to any meet and greet. Click on "adopt" to find the drop down menu. Calling, emailing or "inquiring" is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog. Dogs are in foster homes-meet and greets cannot be scheduled without an approved application.<br/><br/>The adoption fee is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative, heartworm test if age appropriate and spay/neuter. All of our dogs will be microchipped.<br/><br/>We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging.
