Bear's Story
Bear was surrendered by his owner because he was no longer able to give him the care he needed. Bear is a Great Dane Mix that is playful, loving, gentle, huggable and bonds easily. The vet estimates he is 1 to 2 years old.

Bear is new to the shelter, so we are still learning more about him. He appears to be house trained. But with any new dog in your home, he will need to learn your routine as you will need to learn his cues that he needs to go out. He is still young, so he is ready to learn! Bear is ready for you, are you ready for him!

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter. If the dog is not old enough, you will be given a voucher for Animal Medical Center in Emmett to cover the cost of the spay or neuter.

Please fill out an application if you are interested in this dog or call us today for more information.

Because we are an all-volunteer organization, please call ahead to schedule a time for a Meet & Greet so we can ensure a dog handler is available to show you the dog or dogs you are interested in.

Pet Adoption League

1526 N.
