WE DO NOT ADOPT OUT OF STATE. YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 60 MILES OF OUR SHELTER. AWS has the right to deny any application for any reason. Applying for an animal does not guarantee approval.

What is Bear’s adoption fee?

$350

Is Bear good with kids?

Bear is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Bear good with other animals?

Bear is good with other dogs. It is not known if Bear is good with cats.

When can I meet Bear?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Bear?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
