Bear's Story

Bear is a 1.5 year old neutered male yellow lab mix. He is up to date with shots and weighs around 62 lbs. He seems to get along with other dogs, not sure about cats or children. He is working on his leash walking and is eager to learn. Adoption fee is $200. Animals may be viewed any time during our open hours which are as follows: Carl W. Nelson Animal Shelter W5096 State Rd 82 East Mauston WI 53948 Hours: Tuesday to Sunday Noon-3 PM Closed on Monday If you are interested in adopting an animal after viewing it an adoption Application should be filled out and left with the volunteers. Once the Adoption Application is reviewed and a background check is done someone from the shelter will be in contact with you.
