Beamer's Story

This handsome dude is Beamer, a 2 1/2 year old Border Collie mix. He is vaccinated, neutered, housebroken, and weighs 35 pounds. He could lose a pound or so (3!). Beamer is looking for an active family that might like camping, hiking, RVing, or just long walks on a moonlit beach. He has a beautiful chocolate brown coat with a white chest and freckles on his nose. Border Collies can be busy guys and often need a job; even if it is keeping the squirrels out of the yard. They are a herding breed known for keeping ducks, sheep, goats, and kids in a pile. For information on how to adopt Beamer, please send a note to salemdogs@aol.com and tell us about yourself, family, home, yard, fence type and height, other pets, work situation, and a vet reference.
