At just 32 pounds, he’s the perfect medium-size companion—easy to scoop up for snuggles, yet sturdy enough to keep up with all of life’s adventures.<br/><br/>Baxter is house trained and crate trained, and he sleeps soundly through the night in his crate. He’s a medium-to-high energy boy who truly thrives on routine, which helps him feel secure and continue growing into the confident dog he’s becoming.<br/><br/>He walks nicely on leash, enjoys meeting new people and other dogs, and has already mastered “sit” and “come.” He’s still working on car rides and meeting people outside the home, and with consistency and patience, he continues to make great progress.<br/><br/>Because walks alone won’t meet his exercise needs, Baxter requires a home with a 5-foot fenced yard and a playful canine companion to help him burn off energy and stay happy and balanced. Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet!<br/><br/>The adoption fee of $350 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED!
