Meet Baxter! He is a male, black poodle (mix?) that will steal your heart. He is currently underweight, but he will be about 18 pounds soon. (He has long legs, but he's actually a lightweight little boy.) Baxter is full of playful energy, and he enjoys being with his people and with other dogs.
