This cutie patootie is Basil. He was rescued from a rural shelter and as you can see, he is doing amazing! This handsome little guy joyous, happy and has a fun, bubbly personality! Basil's estimated DOB is June 2021 and was 18lbs as of 9/14/2021.

Basil is enjoying learning all sorts of new puppy things. He’s making strides in potty training, he’s a champ at stairs, good in his crate, and fantastic on recall. He, of course, has the cute napping poses down pat when he’s in your lap.

While he’s making amazing progress learning new things, keep in mind he is still a puppy. A puppy who is trying to learn and soak up all the good puppy behavior traits.

He has a bubbly personality and is a joy to foster. It’s been amazing to watch him blossom every day. Basil is an amazing cuddler and bed sleeper. He loves to play with his foster siblings (human, canine, and feline), he loves squeaky toys and antlers, and of course loves his snacks including fresh fruits and vegetables!

PRIVATE MEET & GREETS: Submitting an adoption application is required before a private meet & greet will be scheduled. We will complete a pre-screening first to make sure that the dog you are interested in is a good fit for you. That way, we don't unnecessarily waste your time or the foster's time.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. All of our rescue dogs are heart worm tested annually beginning at 9 months of age, and they are kept on monthly heart worm and flea preventatives.

The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue.

We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
