Basil<br/>Basil is a female Standard Dachshund/Doodle mix<br/>DOB: March of 2026<br/>Adoption fee: $150<br/><br/>I am the shyest of my siblings when I first meet someone, but when I am comfortable, you will see my big and loving personality. We are not too sure of my mix, but I have a long body and little legs! I enjoy going for walks and getting a good run in, although a lot of the time I find myself under people's feet (some would say I can be a tripping hazard). I really love rolling over and getting belly rubs. I am a very sweet girl who enjoys cuddling and playing with toys.<br/>I may match with another dog pending a meet-and-greet, but I would also be happy as the only dog (I am not a good fit with another female dog). I may chase cats but should adjust to a dog-friendly cat if we are introduced slowly. I will require a physically fenced-in yard. I am not fit for an apartment. I would do my best with older children.<br/>I will be a great companion for the right family.
