Bashful is an approximately 6 year old Beagle/Basset mix weighing around 30 pounds. True to his name, he can be a little bashful when you first meet him, but give him a little time to get to know you and you’ll start to see his playful side come out!<br/><br/>Bashful is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, but he’s taking it all in stride and looking forward to the day when he can leave the shelter behind and settle into a home of his own.<br/><br/>Bashful is a sweet, gentle guy who just needs a little patience and time to feel comfortable. Once he warms up, he’s happy to show you that there’s a fun-loving personality hiding behind that shy exterior. <br/><br/>If you’re willing to give a shy guy a little time to blossom, Bashful could be the sweet companion you’ve been looking for. <br/><br/>Because most of our dogs arrive as strays, we cannot guarantee that any dog is housetrained.
