Meet Bashful, she is a lovely brindle beauty with an adorable bobtail. She belonged to a family for a long time and, due to unfortunate circumstances, is now at the rescue. She is confused and understandably a little scared, but is receiving lots of love and attention, making new friends, and getting plenty of treats too! <br/><br/>She would love her own person to snuggle up to on the couch and, if allowed, on the bed. She is a quiet, dignified lady and will happily lounge around all day or go for a lovely walk to get out and enjoy some sunshine and fresh air.<br/><br/>At around 7-years-old, Bashful is past the rush of puppy years and has settled into both her personality and energy levels. All dogs are neutered/spayed, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. To set your pup up for success, all pets should be given time to decompress before introductions to friends, extended family, and other animals.<br/><br/>We are based in Reidsville, NC but will adopt animals out-of-state.
